Is there
a maximum file transfer size?
Yes there is a maximum file transfer size of 100 Megabytes per file. Although we have no problem handling large files, we recommend keeping your files small for quicker more directed access.

Is there
a bandwidth limit for the amount of data I transfer?
We have a limit of 10x your storage amount per month, however we do not actively enforce this limit. |
Do I have to use Paypal for your online solutions?
We can accept many forms of payment for our online solution. Please contact us to arrange for auxillary forms of payment and activation. |
Are
you HIPAA Compliant
Many of our
competitors state that they are HIPAA compliant, however, HIPAA compliance
is a function of end to end data security and no single system can be
HIPPA compliant on it's own. GDSI solutions, if used in accordance with
our guidelines are HIPAA compliant, but that doesn't
mean you can not use them, or any system, in an uncompliant mannor. At
GDSI we want you to be informed of what true compliance means and assist
you in ensuring the use of all your systems provides a compliant end to
